Description:

The Cold Runner Two Plate Mold is a precision-engineered mold designed for the efficient production of plastic parts. Features:

It's built on a standard GCI3540.90120100 mold base and follows the LKM mold standard. The dimensions are 400mm in length, 400mm in width, and 386mm in height. This bad boy features slide and 8 lifters, and uses a side gate (the pin point gate turns to the side gate). It's a two-plate mold, meaning it has two main plates that separate to release the molded part.
The cold runner system in its design minimizes gate marks, while the surface is mirror EDM with VDI 10# to achieve high glossiness and low roughness. As a result, the molded part is free of sticking.
The steel used for injection/runner is Harden (1*1/S136). The core, sub-inserts, movable inserts, ejector rod, and sprue bush are made using steel with a hardness greater than 40HRC, which undergoes a surface hardening process. This results in a mold with high hardness and excellent anti-wear performance, with a tool life of up to 500K shots and stable cavity pressure. The molded part has uniform thickness, a smooth surface, and clear details, without any gas marks, bubbles, or flow marks. The part material is PC, with the size of 130.92 X 165.60 X 62.06mm, and the weight of 10g.
